• Dine at a traditional restaurant in Lastarria, one of the oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods in downtown Santiago.
• Visit to the Baháʼí Temple of Santiago. It is a destination that should not be missed for its beauty and the breathtaking view of the city.
• Walk through the historic center of Santiago that includes the main square, the government palace, the old congress, and the cathedral.
• Lunch at the Central Market,considered one of the five best food markets in the world in 2012 by National Geographic. Here we will have a traditional Chilean meal based on seafood, ceviche, crustaceans, crab, white wine and pisco sour.
• Free afternoon.
• Visit to the Inca Lagoon in the Andes Mountains.
• Visit to an archaeological park for the observation of petroglyphs.
• Tour of fruit and crop fields in the Aconcagua Valley.
• Immersive culinary experience with a local chef.
• Travel to the San Antonio Valley.
• Arrival at Hotel La Casona, rooms and dinner.
• Visit to the Marín Winery in the Leyda Valley and wine tasting prepared by the winery’s winemaker, with a select number of wines, cheeses, nuts and bread.
• Peasant lunch (country style)
• Guided tour of the vines of the Viña Matetic in Valle Rosario and tasting of wines, cheeses, bread, and olives.
• Travel along the Pacific coast to Valparaiso.
• Walk through one of the hills of the city.
• Visit to La Sebastiana, one of the houses of Pablo Neruda, Chilean poet who won the Nobel Prize in 1971.
• Lesson and tasting of Chilean cuisine.
• Farewell dinner at Cerro Alegre, one of the most emblematic hills of the city of Valparaíso.
